How do I add the TAC Auction mobile site to my phone’s home screen?
Instructions on adding a shortcut on your iPhone or Android device’s home screen.
Adding a shortcut to your mobile phone’s home screen is an easy way to access our auctions with just a tap! Below are instructions for iPhone and Android device users.
iPhone Instructions:
- Visit the TAC Auction platform by pointing your browser to https://auction.tacauction.com
- At the bottom, center of the screen, select the “SHARE” button (this looks like a square with an arrow pointing up)
- Scroll up and select “Add to Home Screen”
- Change the title of your bookmark (optional) and select “Add” in the top, right corner
You now will have an icon on your home screen.
Android Instructions:
- Visit the TAC Auction platform by pointing your browser to https://auction.tacauction.com
- At the top, right of the screen, select the “MENU” button (this looks like three vertical dots)
- Find and select “Add to Home screen”
- Select “Add”
You now will have an icon on your home screen named “TAC Auction”.
